In the office, wherever you are

A customer calls your UK landline number. You’re working from a different office. It might be in the UK. It might be in America.

But the customer can still get you. They’ve dialled your usual number, and our call routing system has connected them to your iPad in New York.

The days when a phone number was tied to a specific geographic location have long since disappeared. And it doesn’t matter whether its a “traditional” landline number or a mobile one, your number can follow you wherever you are.

Universal Exports employs a large sales team, all of them covering various territories based on sector rather than geography. 

As a consequence, a member of the team may be working in the UK one day, in Berlin the next and then spend a fortnight with a big client in Singapore.
